Reporting to the Director Operations and Administration,the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency within the company’s guard-force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading operations in the company’s guard-force by evaluating customer needs, managing the planning process and ensuring smooth continuity of operations
  • Managing service delivery by setting service standards, ensuring compliance, reviewing processes and seeking feedback from customers and other stakeholders

Qualifications, skiils and experience required

  • University Degree from a reputable institution
  • Atleast 5 years successful operations experience in a security or service industry,3 of which must have been in a supervisory or management position
  • Practical experience in use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Driving License


Reporting to the Operations Manager, the purpose of this role will be to provide customer
service support in a designated Zone

Key Functions

  • Plan the optimal deployment of personnel in the Zone taking into account all
    assignment requirements and geography of the Zone
  • Provide effective supervision to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Put in place and maintain reporting systems to ensure that all information relevant
    to management for the operation of the district is compiled and submitted
  • Ensure all incidents requiring management attention are properly and adequately
    attended to, investigated and feedback initiated appropriately
  • Enforcement of management controls and procedures
  • Conduct Security Surveys
  • Identify guard training needs in the designated zones

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

  • A university degree from a recognized university
  • At least 3 years in operations management at supervisory or junior management
  • Should be able to demonstrate commercial awareness
  • IT Literate
  • Must be presentable
  • h3 communication skills – oral and written
  • Exellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be capable of working with minimum supervision


Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Training Officer shall ensure that all the training needs of the company are met on a timely and efficient manner.


  • Conduct weekly recruitment exercise to beef up the number of guards and guardettes in line with company and customer requirements
  • Ensure that all recruits have the required documents before deployment
  • Ensure that the candidates recruited undergo basic guard training before deployment
  • Give written examination/aptitude tests to recruits in order to test their reading and writing skills
  • Compile a training report on all recruits before pass-out and forward to the Operations Manager before deploying recruits
  • Conduct refresher courses on guards, supervisors and incharges to ensure that they maintain peak performance levels
  • Conduct a Pass-out parade for the trained guards
  • Ensure high standards of discipline among guards and the recruits


  • Certificate of training from any of the Disciplined forces e.g. Kenya Army, Kenya Police, NYS etc
  • Age – 35 years and above
  • Minimum KCSE Mean Grade of C+
  • Certificate of Good Conduct
  • Minimum 7 years experience in a related field.

  • h3 skills in drills and discipline
  • Knowledge of marshal arts will be an added advantage


The incumbent must maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and achieve commendable performance as the Training Officer. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Dog Trainer shall ensure that the dogs at the kennels are properly trained according in line with the laid down company training program


  • Ensure that the company dogs are well trained in line with the company?s training program and customer requirements
  • Daily maintenance of the kennels
  • Ensure that the dogs are healthy and well fed
  • Ensure that the right calibre of dogs are deployed depending on customer specifications
  • Conduct training on dogs and dog handlers
  • Acquiring of quality dogs


  • Certificate in dog training from a recognized training institution
  • Basic training in dog handling
  • Minimum KCSE Mean Grade of C+
  • Certificate of Good Conduct
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
  • h3 Verbal and Writing skills
  • h3 organizational skills

We also recruit Security Guards every Saturday at 7.00 am. (All interested candidates for the security guard position must visit the office in person for assessment)


  • Must be a Kenyan citizen
  • Age between 25 – 35yrs
  • Height of 5.8′ and above for men and 5.5′ and above for ladies
  • Must possess a minimum of D+ in KCSE and above
  • Certificate of Good Conduct from the CID
  • Letter from the local area chief
  • National ID Card
  • Two (2) letters of introduction from referees giving their contacts together with copies of their National IDs
